To deliver high quality training and consultation, the ZBGC encourages organisations who can pay to do so. All funds are used to employ trans and gender diverse young people through consultation and co-delivery of our services. However for organisations with very limited finances please contact us to discuss free or half price presentations, trainings, workshops and consultation.

ZBGC generalist trans and gender diverse presentations and training packages are described below. We have also developed specialist packages, including LGBTIQA+ inclusive practice, mental health, de-pathologising trans and gender diverse healthcare, homelessness & housing, sexual assault and family violence, hospitals, and educational services (tertiary and higher education). With notice we may be able to tailor our services to meet your specific needs.

Inclusive Practice Training Sessions

3 hours = $1452 inc GST
Provides an in-depth understanding of the experiences of trans and gender diverse people, the impacts of discrimination on health and wellbeing, respectful communication, gender affirmation, legal rights and responsibilities, and broad inclusive practice principals and initiatives. The training includes a few activities to assist in developing practice wisdom.

4 hours = $1815 inc GST
Provides an in-depth understanding of the experiences of trans and gender diverse people, the impacts of discrimination, respectful communication, gender affirmation and healthcare pathways, legal rights and responsibilities, and broad inclusive practice principals and initiatives. The training is inclusive of a number of activities and case studies to assist in developing practice wisdom.

Full day, 6 hours = $2541 inc GST
Provides a comprehensive understanding of the experiences of trans and gender diverse people and service access including housing, education, sexual assault and family violence, medical and mental health.

This in-depth training session includes the impacts of discrimination, respectful communication, gender affirmation and healthcare pathways, legal rights and responsibilities, and broad inclusive practice principals and initiatives. The training is inclusive of several activities and case studies to assist in developing practice wisdom.

Youth Workshops

1 hour = $605 inc GST
One-hour workshop provides a presentation on the selected topic with an overview of language and identity, personal narrative, a video and a short interactive activity.

2 hour = $968 inc GST
Two-hour length workshops provide a presentation on the selected topic with an exploration of language, experiences and identity, personal narrative, videos and a few interactive activities.

3 hour = $1331 inc GST
Three-hour long workshops allow for an in-depth presentation on the selected topic with an exploration of language, experiences and identity, personal narrative, videos, and interactive activities designed to solidify knowledge and provide a basis for further advocacy.

Provides an overview for clients and volunteers within services, of LGBTIQA+ and TGD concepts and identities through various resources and personal narrative.

2 hour = $1089 inc GST
Provides a basic understanding for clients and volunteers within services, of LGBTIQA+ and TGD concepts and identities, inclusive language, impacts of discrimination, and allyship through various resources, discussion and personal narrative.

3 hour = $1452 inc GST
Provides an in-depth understanding for clients and volunteers within services, of LGBTIQA+ and TGD concepts and identities, inclusive language, impacts of discrimination, and allyship through various interactive and engaging resources, discussion, personal narrative and question time.

Consultation for Services

ZBGC Manager = $275 per hour inc GST
Receive high level consultation services from the ZGBC Project Manager in developing TGD inclusive practice, policies, procedures for your project, research initiative, organisation, peak or for government bodies.

ZBGC Youth Project Officer = $192 per hour inc GST
Receive high level consultation services from our Youth Project Officer to ensure TGD young people are being actively included in strategies/programs to improve their health and wellbeing.
