This specialised training is targeted to secondary and tertiary education settings. It provides workers with an understanding of the access needs of TGD people, and how to create inclusive educational environments.

• TGD identities, language and experiences
• Respectful communication
• Navigating confidentiality
• Supporting gender affirmation (transitioning) in an education environment
• Protective factors
• Working with families
• Barriers to education pathways for TGD people
• Experiences of discrimination in education settings
• TGD affirmative practice.

As a TGD led and run organisation, all of our trainings and workshops are created and delivered by members of the TGD community.
